1. Group structure

Own­er­ship stakes: Züblin Immo­bilien Hold­ing AG holds – except for Offici­is Prop­er­ties SA (for­mer­ly Züblin Immo­bil­ière France SA) — direct­ly or indi­rect­ly 100% of all companies.

Fol­low­ing the eco­nom­ic with­draw from the French mar­ket Züblin holds a par­tic­i­pa­tion of 28.99% (17.3% on a ful­ly dilut­ed basis) and grant­ed the investor an option to buy its stake at a price depend­ing on the finan­cial vacan­cy rate of the French portfolio.

Züblin Immo­bilien Hold­ing AG, with its reg­is­tered office in Zurich, is the hold­ing com­pa­ny of the Züblin Group. It is list­ed on the SIX Swiss Exchange (Tick­er sym­bol: ZUBN, ISIN CH0132 309 682) and had a mar­ket cap­i­tal­iza­tion of CHF 89.3 mil­lion as of 31 March 2018.
