Philippe Brändle joined the Züblin Group as Chief Executive Officer on 1 October 2024. He is responsible for the operational management and growth of the company.

After studying architecture at ETH Zurich, Philippe Brändle completed a Masterʼs degree in Business Administration with a main focus on Finance & Accounting at the University of Bern. He has been active in the Swiss property market since 2008. Initially as a consultant at Wüest Partner and PwC, Mr Brändle took over the strategic and operational management of VERIT Investment Management AG as CEO in 2016 and was responsible for the Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund and other mandates. In 2021, he joined Swiss Prime Site Solutions AG as CFO and member of the Executive Board and was responsible for its successful transformation process and the launch of the SPS Groupʼs first property fund. 3. Other functions & positions

Under the Companyʼs articles of association (Art. 21 https://www.zueblin.ch/en/downloads/pdfs/statuten/zihag-statuten-stand-220621) members of the Executive Management may not hold more than 15 other directorships, of which no more than five may be in listed companies.
