Züblin Immobilien Holding AG and its subsidiaries (together the Züblin Group) are focused on the management of the Groupʼs real estate portfolio. As of 31 March 2025, the Züblin Group is solely operational in Switzerland and has employed four persons (31 March 2024: four persons).

Züblin Immobilien Holding AG is a Swiss stock corporation domiciled at Hardturmstrasse 76, Zurich, Switzerland, and is the parent company of the Züblin Group. The companyʼs shares are traded on the main segment of SIX Swiss Exchange.
