1.1 General information on the company 

Züblin Immobilien Holding AG and its subsidiaries (together the Züblin Group) are focused on the management of the Groupʼs real estate portfolio. As of 30 September 2020 Züblin Group operates exclusively in Switzerland and has employed six persons (31 March 2020: five persons).

Züblin Immobilien Holding AG is a Swiss stock corporation domiciled at Hardturmstrasse 76, Zurich, Switzerland, and is the parent company of the Züblin Group. The Companyʼs shares are traded on the main segment of SIX Swiss Exchange.
