1. Group structure

Züblin Real Estate Holding Ltd., domiciled in Zurich, is the parent company of the Züblin Group. An overview of all Group companies and participations is provided in detail in the Financial Report.

Since the economic withdrawal from the French market, Züblin has held an interest of 29.0% (17.3% on a diluted basis) in the listed Officiis Properties SA. In addition, the investor was granted a call option to purchase the remaining shares at a price dependent on the economic vacancy rate of the portfolio. Paris domiciled Officiis Properties SA, is listed on Euronext (ISIN FR 001 029 8901) and had a market capitalisation of EUR 11 million as of 31 March 2019.
